Our history
100 years ago Colbert Coldwell founded the business that would grow into the first nationwide real estate organization, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation.
We're proud to have our roots in the response to the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake and in Mr. Coldwell's founding principles of "honesty, integrity and service", a commitment that began with the rebuilding of a city and has continued with a century of progress.
